01General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 999bg platform and all of its services. By visiting or opening an account on the 999bg website (https://999bg.click), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh. In this document, 999bg refers to the entity operating the platform, while "you" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

02Account Registration

08Account Closure & Suspension

999bg may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Extended inactivity for more than 365 days (inactive account).
• At the user's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance will generally be returned, while bonus balances will be forfeited. In cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

09Responsible Gaming
