999bg is more than just a gaming platform – it's a trusted destination for entertainment for millions of people across Bangladesh. Learn about our story, our people, and our purpose right here.
When 999bg launched in 2019, the online gaming market in Bangladesh was largely untapped. There were few quality local platforms to speak of. Foreign sites didn't offer service in Bangla, payments were a hassle, and customer support was virtually non-existent. That gap was exactly what 999bg set out to fill.
It started small — just a handful of games and a tiny team. But the goal was clear: to build a platform for the people of Bangladesh that speaks their language, accepts the payment methods they know, and respects their time and trust.
Today, in just a few short years, 999bg has grown into one of Bangladesh's largest online gaming platforms. Over one million registered members, 500+ games, and thousands of successful transactions every day – these aren't just numbers, they're proof of the trust our users have placed in us.

Bangladesh's online entertainment landscape has shifted rapidly over the past few years. The widespread availability of smartphones, affordable mobile internet, and the rise of mobile banking have combined to make Bangladesh an ideal market for online gaming. 999bg has grown right alongside that change.
But 999bg wasn't built simply because the market opportunity was there. It was born out of a genuine effort to solve a real problem. Most online gaming sites at the time weren't suited to Bangladeshi users – there were language barriers, payment difficulties, and above all, a serious lack of trustworthiness. People had no way of knowing which sites were safe to deposit money into.
From the very beginning, 999bg made decisions that set it apart from the rest. First was keeping the entire platform in Bangla — not just the interface, but everything from customer support to bonus descriptions. It may seem like a small call, but for users, it makes all the difference.
Second was the payment system. After launching Mobile Pay and Nagad support, the user base tripled within months. That speaks for itself — the right payment options matter enormously. People naturally gravitate toward platforms where moving money feels comfortable.
Games on 999bg aren't added at random. Every title goes through a review — checking its RTP, the reliability of its provider, and most importantly, whether it's a good fit for Bangladeshi users. From local card games like Andar Bahar and Teen Patti to internationally acclaimed slots, everything is held to a defined standard.
The Sports Betting section was built with Bangladeshi cricket fans in mind. During major tournaments — IPL, BPL, World Cup — 999bg offers live odds alongside live score updates. The full experience of following a match and placing bets is all in one place.
Issues on any online platform are inevitable — that's just the nature of the space. What matters is how quickly and effectively they get resolved. The 999bg customer support team is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Start a Live Chat in Bangla and you'll typically be connected to an agent within two minutes.
We see this team as more than just problem-solvers. They are the bridge between 999bg and our users. Their feedback goes directly to the product team, and many of our features have been built based on exactly what they've shared.
999bg isn't standing still. In the years ahead, we plan to add more local games, further improve the payment experience, and reach users in every district across the country. Raising awareness around responsible gaming is equally high on our agenda.
Earning the trust of people in Bangladesh took time. We work every day to keep that trust. 999bg is more than a business — it's a commitment.
